Who: The clinic, manned by volunteer attorneys, sees low-income Minnesotans filing for bankruptcy without a lawyer. The clinic also meets with pro se creditors.
What: The clinic is a partnership among the Volunteer Lawyers Network, the bankruptcy section of the Minnesota Bar Association and the bankruptcy court.
