LAOC staff will ask you to fill out an application in order to determine
whether you qualify for services. You must meet all three of the following guidelines:
- You must live in Olmsted County
- You must meet certain financial guidelines
- You must have a case type that LAOC handles and that case must be venued
in Olmsted County

LAOC does not charge attorney's fees. However, there may be a one-time administrative
fee. Depending on your income and the program your case is assigned to, this
fee can range from $0 to $50. Please contact the LAOC office for more information
regarding fees.
Depending on your legal matter and your situation, you may also be responsible
for some expenses, including publication fees, service fees, or trial costs.
You will not be charged for these expenses without your prior consent.

- Landlord-Tenant Form The Landlord-Tenant Eligibility Form should be used
by persons with landlord-tenant issues.
- Juvenile Form This form should be used by persons under the age
of 18.
- General Form The General Eligibility Form should be used by any other persons.
