- Family Services Rochester - A community services agency that works with families with serious child welfare and/or family violence concerns such as child maltreatment, child welfare, children’s mental health, domestic violence and providing our services to ethnically diverse populations in our community.

Legal - State of Minnesota
- Law Help for Minnesota - A collection of services to help low-income Minnesotans solve civil legal problems.
- Mediation & Conflict Solutions - A certified Community Dispute Resolution Program under Minnesota law, as implemented by the State Court Administrator.
- Minnesota Attorney General - The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General represents and provides legal advice to over 100 state agencies, boards and commissions. It represents the state in state and federal court, as well as in administrative adjudication and rulemaking hearings. The Office handles felony criminal appeals, advises local prosecutors in the conduct of criminal trials and handles cases at the request of local prosecutors.
- Minnesota Department of Corrections - A state agency of Minnesota that operates prisons. Its headquarters is in St. Paul.
- Minnesota Legal Services Coalition - An association of seven Minnesota regional legal services programs. Formed to enhance cooperation and coordination, MLSC supports the regional programs that help low-income Minnesotans with a broad range of civil legal matters.
- Minnesota Human Rights - A neutral state agency that investigates charges of illegal discrimination, ensures that businesses seeking state contracts are in compliance with equal opportunity requirements, and strives to eliminate discrimination by educating Minnesotans about their rights and responsibilities under the state Human Rights Act.
- Minnesota State Bar Association - A Minnesota organization to assist the courts and encourage ethics and professionalism among attorneys. Site includes links to attorneys based on practice area.
- Public Defenders - An organization that represents people who can’t afford an attorney in their criminal case.
- Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services - Provides free legal assistance to low income people regarding education, housing, citizenship, and youth victims of domestic violence

- Catholic Charities - Resources to assist individuals and families through counseling, adoption, and immigration services, to name a few.
- Interfaith Hospitality Network - Serves homeless people while they transition to new homes.
- Intercultural Mutual Assistance Association - Provides translation services for those that do not speak English.
- Lutheran Social Services - Provides help for, among others, older adults, families, and people with disabilities.
